Woops, I did not even noticed I skipped a post last week! Well to make it up to you I will be talking about two recent 'events' I attended in one post -.^ I will keep it short though, as I have limited time (as usual).
Two weeks ago I went to the birthday of one of the gals in my gyarusa, Elise. This was my coord for that day:

She invited a bunch of people over for tea and amazing food. I had been really looking forward to it because of the stellar reputation of her bday parties and their food *^* I was definitely not let down:
We spend THE WHOLE AFTERNOON eating, drinking tea and talking, which was really nice and relaxed. Of course some selfies were made, This is one of me and Jojo:
Another cool thing that I went to was the Harajuku fashion walk in Amsterdam last week. This was my outfit:

While I had been planning to really walk along, I was kind of delayed by my and my bf's need for food, so we could only meet up with the others afterwards for some delicious yoghurt ice cream:

I love attending all these amazing 'events'! Lately I have been super short on time, but I think seeing my friends and experiencing all these lovely things is definitely worth it ^^ Next post will be more elaborate, I promise.
Last weekend was the Hyper International Summer Meet!! I had been looking forward to it for sooo long (over two months, not even kidding O.O) but when it was almost there I was so unprepared! Thursday evening, the evening before the pre-meet, I still had to think about my outfits, hair, make and nails! I was happy my bf was not home.. Our living room was a mess:

After getting everything ready I still could not sleep, as I was way to excited >.<
For the pre-meet I went with Jojo, Zoe and Chris to meet Kitai and Jasmin. They are from Germany and had arrived the day before already, so we figured it would be fun to show them a little bit of Utrecht and have lunch together, before the organised dinner. The only flaw in that plan was that none of us was very familiar with Utrecht xD This was my look for that day:

Doesn't it look cool with this background? It was really nice meeting up with everyone again! And at this point we had already picked Chihiro up from the station as well ^^ We just spend the day talking and hanging around Utrecht, so we did not take many pictures >.<
After what felt like just minutes we went to meet up with the rest for dinner:

We went home quite early as everybody was tired of travelling and after all the real meet would only begin the next day!

We met up at the station and from there walked over to the venue. It was a really cute place at one of the waterways in Utrecht with amazingly comfortable pink and black chairs next to the water. I was really sure someone would eventually fall in the water with all the high heels xD
I was really happy so many people had come to the meeting! Some I hadn't seen anymore since the Frankfurt meet or OshareCon! So of course loads of selfies were made (don't worry I will just upload a small selection -.^ for more check my instagram account):

We sneaked away with a small group after a while to go to McDonalds, since we forgot to have lunch (and some hadn't even had breakfast yet O.O)

I was so happy! Seeing all these amazing people again ^^ I was still tired from working my ass of at my new job before, but Coming here made it all better! I even won a free pair of CL at the raffle *^*
In the evening we had a BBQ and after that people performed some para para. I decided to start practicing this as well! It looked so cute. I made a movie of one of the Plutonium gals' performances:
They are really good! And it isn't hard to see how much they enjoy doing this ^^
Wes and Juliet also threw in some performances! Wes was actually kind of forced xD
At first we thought we would stay until 4 partying with everybody, but at some point people just started going home and we figured, we'd better get on one of the last trains home to still be sort of alive the next day -.^
So on sunday we meant to go and have a nice relaxed picknick, except for the fact that it rained really hard all morning.. It is still the Netherlands after all >.< So we went to a roof terrace at the station. Most people were pretty tired, myself included, so we took it easy. Still of course loads of selfies, but I will only put a few here:

The German Velvet gyarusa joined this day as well! I did not get to talk to them much unfortunately but it was so nice to see them again \(^o^)/ We decided we should visit Dusseldorf soon to meet them there and we were invited to a party with them. I'm already looking forward to this ^^
It was one of the most fun weekends I have ever had, and definitely one of the most tiring! (especially with my lack of sleep even before the meet) I hope you didn't mind the long post. I tried to keep it short >.< Can't wait to see everyone again <3

Last weekend was Animecon again! Though I am not a hardcore anime fan, I love this event as a lot of people I know come there and there is a yearly fashion show \(^o^)/ This year I only went on sunday, because I was too busy and afterwards I am quite glad because I don't feel as much of a wreck as I would have been otherwise -.^ I went together with Kuro and Zoe and her boyfriend and we had a lot of fun! Some impressions of the event:
As you may have noticed we spent quite some time in the dealer room >.< But who'd blame us with all these amazing things? I even found a stand that sold mags! So Kuro and I both bought a Kera <3
At these events time always just seems to fly by, so before we knew it it was already time for the gyaru fashion show organised by Hyper. It was the first time they had an all gyaru fashion show at Animecon (as far as I know) and I loved it \(^o^)/
( I was so in love with Zoe's outfit <3 it looked so perfect!)
Didn't everyone look amazing? The gals from Hyper really chose a very varied group. It was so nice to see all these different styles ^^ They told me they were trying to get gyaru more well known in the Netherlands and had given a lecture and workshop during the weekend to spread the gal love! I think it worked at least a bit, as a lot of people came up to me to ask what style of gyaru I was and to say that they thought gals always look so cool <3 The idea of more people getting into gal just makes me so happy! (The Netherlands could use some more fashionable people)
After the show we went to get a drink and something to eat. I had this amazing Macha Latte and a black sesame mochi. It was so nice they ad this kind of food this year, as last time there were only fries xD

After that we went back to the dealer room to look around a bit more.
These dolls are soooo cool! I am going to put them on my birthday list..
As the con day was drawing to a close we felt we had spent enough time shopping and went to watch the closing ceremony, where as a surprise Back On came on stage O.O !!
They were so cool and they gave the lucky winner of the karaoke contest a free trip to Japan O.O I would love to have won that one -.^
Anyway before going home we of course had to make some selfies.. A lot of selfies! And we had our pics taken by a professional studio ! I don't have these pictures yet, but they will be coming soon. (also outfit pictures <3 )
Oh and on the way back I indulged myself with some Pocky (don't tell my bf because I am supposed to always share them with him! -.^)
It was a great day! It's always fun just hanging out with some friends and chilling with good food. Plus at an Animecon there are so many great opportunities to watch people ^^ Next event to look forward to will be the Hyper summer meet! Hope you liked my post!
